Turkey soup?

Hey does anyone have a good soup recipe that calls for leftover turkey? We made a big turkey dinner on New Years, and so now we've got turkey coming out of our ears. Any help would be much appreciated. I can only eat so many turkey sandwiches :)

I've found that chicken and turkey are pretty interchangeable. You could make your favorite chicken noodle soup recipe and use turkey instead. I'm sure I have a few recipes that actually use turkey - I'll take a look.

Yeah that's pretty much what I did last night - made the standard chicken noodle soup, only with turkey. It actually turned out pretty good. But if you find some recipes that call for turkey, feel free to post them :)

This isn't soup, but my mom made a Thanksgiving leftovers casserole that was amazing! She shredded the turkey, then mixed it with the leftover gravy, and spread that in a 9x13 pan. Then she spread the green bean casserole over that, then stuffing on top, and baked it at 350 degrees until the stuffing was crispy. I think it was about 20 minutes. I guess this only really works if you have more than just turkey leftover though. :)

We have all of those food items still leftover - so thanks!
